Flow Camp Tenerife is not a weekend workshop. It is a full week of total immersion in fire and flow arts, carefully designed so that every hour has a purpose. All levels are welcome — you will meet incredible teachers, both technically and humanly.

🔥
✦ The heart of the camp ✦

Flow Art &
Fire Arts

Throughout the week, each day brings a different discipline. Each element and discipline has its own language and together they form a complete movement vocabulary, with space to explore and grow.

Flow is not just technique. It is a philosophy of total presence: the encounter with movement as active meditation, and with fire as a wordless teacher. That is why we include a specific workshop on Fire Art Safety and Efficiency — so that the practice is as conscious as it is beautiful.

Some of the disciplines we will work on at the Camp:

  • Poi: trajectories, rhythm and flow with practice and fire poi
  • Staff: contact, spinning, tracers and throws
  • Hula hoop: acrobatics with hoops and multi hoop
  • Juggling: fundamentals and technique applied to flow props
  • Buugeng: hypnotic optical illusions from beginner level to partner work
  • Slackline: balance, concentration and presence, free practice
  • Aerial structure with silks, hoops and straps, free practice
  • Fire art safety and efficiency
  • Nightly Flow & LED Jams: open sessions with all disciplines under the stars
  • Boleadoras: discover this discipline, a fusion of poi and rhythm
  • Fire eating: approach this fascinating discipline safely and with guidance
  • More and more surprises to discover throughout the days of Camp!

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before taking the step

No prior experience is necessary. The camp is designed for all levels — from those who have never touched a poi to those who have been practising for years. Each session adapts to each person's starting point. The only essential thing is the desire to move and explore.

When you submit the form we hold your spot. We contact you within 24 hours with payment details. You can pay with an initial deposit and the rest before the camp, or in a single payment. We explain everything by email.

Absolutely. Most participants come alone. Being a small group with a shared interest, the connection is almost immediate. Many leave the camp with friendships that last much longer than the 5 days.

Ideally bring your own props (poi, staff, hoop, juggling...) — especially for the nightly Flow & LED Jams. The camp has shared equipment for workshops, but with your own tools the experience is much more personal. If you bring fire equipment, remember airline restrictions on cabin baggage.

A basic level is sufficient. Sessions are designed to adapt to each body. There's no performance requirement — the goal is to explore movement and fire, not break records. If you can move and you're curious, you're ready.

Once you confirm your spot we send you all the access information: exact location of the retreat centre in Tenerife, transport options from the airport and everything you need to arrive without any hassle.

Workshops are taught primarily in Spanish and English. Some instructors also speak Italian. The atmosphere is international and communication flows — movement is a universal language.

🚌 Bus to the village
There is a bus available until 16:00 that takes you to the nearest village, in case you want to explore, shop or simply disconnect.

🛒 Mini market at the camp
The venue has a mini market where you can purchase snacks, drinks and basic items without leaving.

🍳 If you prefer to prepare your own meals, you have BBQ burners and camping gas at your disposal. Perfect for sharing a meal as a group.
